Registration and accommodation updates:
To update any aspects of your registration or accommodation, please email morgo@verve.co.nz with details.

Cancellations:

If you are cancelling any or all aspects of your booking: registration, accommodation, please email morgo@verve.co.nz with details.  Cancellations of registration and/or accommodation before or on 5 August, will receive a full refund less $150 +  GST administration charge.
 
Accommodation cancelled after 5 August will be refunded at the discretion of the hotel. Registrations cancelled Between 6 August and 29 August will receive a 50% refund.  Registrations and/or accommodation cancelled after 29 August will not be refunded but suitable substitutes may be accepted.
 
If for reasons beyond the control of MORGO Conference Limited or the conference organisers the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
