Lilias Bell
Lilias has worked in senior executive search and performance management for twenty five years and has earned international recognition and credibility in this field. After gaining a BSc honours degree in Psychology from St. Andrews University, she took the unusual step of moving straight into executive search in London and joining Bell McCaw Bampfylde’s UK partner, Saxton Bampfylde International. She developed a reputation for serving major consumer goods businesses and worked with some of the UK’s leading companies including Mars Corporation, Heineken and PespiCo. Since coming to New Zealand, Lilias established Bell McCaw Bampfylde, has grown the business and challenged established search practices in New Zealand. She has developed a reputation for successfully completing many of the most challenging chief executive, senior executive and board level appointments across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. As a Principal of the firm, she has engaged her clarity of vision and deep-seated expertise in executive search, to drive the company forward, increasing its scope and breadth of reach.
