Amon Nunns

Amon Nunns is a senior associate at Bell Gully based in Wellington. He is an experienced corporate transaction lawyer whose practice is focussed on mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings.  Amon has advised both public and private companies on the implementation of capital raising initiatives and employee share schemes.

From 1999-2004 Amon worked in Bell Gully’s Wellington office advising corporate and commercial clients on a broad range of transactions. He re-joined the firm in 2007 after spending three years working in New York for Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP as an attorney specialising in corporate finance.
