SATURDAY ACTIVITIES
If you are staying over for the weekend you may be interested in participating in some additional activities. These are at your own cost, payable to the local operator. Email Robyn at Verve to register your interest in activities such as golf, cycling and fishing

ACCOMMODATION & TRANSFERS
KeriKeri/ Bay of Islands airport transfers:
We’re arranging for a local transport operator to meet MORGO attendees off flights into KeriKeri/Bay of Islands airport transferring to the Copthorne Hotel and Resort and would like to know if you require this service. The cost per person is $20.00 each way and is payable to the driver in CASH. Please email us your flight arrival and depart details. Please email Robyn at Verve with the following:

Car Pooling:
If interested in car pooling between Auckland and Paihia (a four hour drive) please email Robyn at Verve and she will put you in touch with other attendees. Please indicate whether you can take other passengers, or whether you’re interested in travelling with another attendee.
Internet Access:
Broadband access is available in a limited number of accommodation rooms and there is a charge. If it’s important that you have broadband access in your room please let us know and we’ll do our best to have you allocated to a broadband room. All other rooms have dial up access and this will be charged to your hotel account.
Hotel Charges:
All room night charges and restaurant breakfasts for up to two people per day are covered in your accommodation fees. Other room charges including room service, mini bar, internet and phone, miscellaneous items and meals not covered by the conference, are your responsibility and must be paid to the hotel at the time of departure.
Cancellations:
Just a reminder that should you find your are unable to attend MORGO cancellations must be notified to Verve Consulting Limited by email to robyn@verve.co.nz. Registrations cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the event will receive a 50% refund – accommodation refunds are at the discretion of the hotel. Registrations and/or accommodation cancelled less that 48 hours before the event will not be refunded. If for reasons beyond the control of MORGO Conference Limited or the conference organisers, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
